Past the Arux Vignars, beyond the Unahzaals and Ronax stations, we meet a tier of noble Vignars. A ring of Ronax stations surround it like a permanent militaristic encampment, instead the royal city guard going by the "Sahrot", which will be discussed in "Ronax." The Junnesejer sections also hold courtrooms, and the occupants serve as juries and judges. Criminal justice is covered elsewhere on the site.

Of the Junnesejer,  These are largely reserved for those who helped the launch of the kingdom, and those they selected to bring with them.  These are new nobility.  These are the select.  While in theory there is room to become part of the Junnesejer with work, this is one of the few places in the domains one must pay to move into, if you were not selected by the hierarchy to begin with nor of the bloodlines coming therefrom. Vertical farming is present here but not pressed, with certain selected hands treating it to make it more a ripe field of berries and elegant blooms more than commerce in a communal courtyard.  Rather than cramped domiciles, homes here are not as tersely uniform, but still designed to be structurally sound.  They are not designed for optimized number inhabitation, but instead comfort and even excess.

The relative level of the Junnesejer is about the level of most Unahzaals, nestled above otherwise reinforced stones wrapping around Vodahmin and thus on quick access for strong Ronax response, but many Ronax choke stations beyond the Vignars and Unahzaals. Each is attributed a major station like an Arux Vignar. They are an internal ring several layers of Vignars deep.
