Xorvintaal began on several thousand tons of smuggled copper and a lot of heart.  Most resources are designed to cycle and reduce waste while ensuring internal sufficiency with minimal means. A fruitful economy is planned, if it can endure the surface war and continue moving forward.  And similarly are the plans to reclaim the mines...

As most of this site was built overnight, and the economy will not be valid for some time, I'm not going to bother writing out the full effective report on the machinations of it, especially as plenty of new venues may open past original projection.
